Presumably you are targeting some geographic area (Texas?) but there is nothing SEO wise that would give that hint to search engines.

Speaking of SEO, the html “keywords” meta tag contains a HUGE list of tags. Just fyi, search engines ignore that meta tag so it doesnt really achieve anything other than perhaps slow you page down a little.

Pink is a soft, playful color so I’m not sure it is really appropriate for a site that is targeted at such a serious issue.

The top navigation looks rather old school.

Auto-play on videos is never a good idea. You should change it so
that visitors aren’t abruptly hit with sound when they visit.

Dont really like the “mystery meat” navigation in the top right.
I didnt know what those icons meant until I hovered them with a mouse.
Again, this wont work on an iPad since there is no “hover” mode on a touch screen.

The bright blue seems a bit harsh. A softer tone would be more comfortable.

- The sidebar is bare. Need some content in here or remove it.
- Header needs to be replaced. Should invest in a professional quality logo.
- The written content on the Welcome page isn’t compelling. Perhaps needs some help from a professional content writer to increase conversions.
- Onpage SEO needs some work. Not enough keywords or geo-specific targeting in use.

- Not cramped. Site makes good use of white space.

The thing that detracts most of all though is the right sidebar.
More work needs to go into setting fonts and margins in that area.
I would probably get rid of the green arrow thing. Not sure what it is trying to indicate there.

The scrolling Amazon widget is quite distracting too. I realize that everyone needs to monetize their website but look for ways to do it that don’t annoy your visitors. Maybe look at using a WordPress random image widget that servers up static Amazon ads instead.

Colors, fonts and overall design is not bad.

I’d suggest investing in a better logo though.
